“Capital”This photomontage deals with the deplorable conditions in the nation’s capital Washington, D.C. and our financial capital in New York City. I used DC and NYC to indicate the downward spiral of African Americans all over the country. The images of drugs, Poverty, homelessness, hopelessness, and disease are just the extreme factors that contribute to the destruction of our communities.
