"Mama" Charlotte Hill O'Neal is the co-founder of the (UAACC) United African Alliance Community Center in Arusha, Tanzania. She founded the community center 36-yeas-ago with her husband, former Black Panther, Pete O'Neal, while fleeing felony charges in the US. "Mama Charlotte" is a community activist, a musician and a textile artist with an exhibit currently touring the United States.
